Skin & Bones

Skin & Bones is an American bistro crafting Pacific Northwest cuisine. They consider themselves “co-producers” of everything they serve, working with farmers to provide Portland locals with organic, tasty food. On the first Thursday of every month, they host a reservation-only supper to introduce their new menu. Once started in their home in 2008 as a way to serve pure foods in an intimate environment, they now open up the shared table experience to the public in their new space on East Burnside.

The chef has no regard for how hard it will be to make a dish. He follows his passion. As a result you get the chance to try world class preparations of things you might never see otherwise. Even the green salads are remarkable.
