Skin & Bones is an American bistro crafting Pacific Northwest cuisine. They consider themselves “co-producers” of everything they serve, working with farmers to provide Portland locals with organic, tasty food. On the first Thursday of every month, they host a reservation-only supper to introduce their new menu. Once started in their home in 2008 as a way to serve pure foods in an intimate environment, they now open up the shared table experience to the public in their new space on East Burnside.
