Sitka & Spruce

Sitka & Spruce is a rustic eatery nestled in the back corner of the Melrose Market located in Seattle, Washington. Their cozy and welcoming atmosphere, communal table, open kitchen, and use of local and seasonal ingredients were just a few things we enjoyed during our recent visit.

Our meal was well prepared--earthy, beautiful, simple and delicious, matching the excellence of the space and ambiance. We left on a positively sweet note with some of their homemade caramels and a freshly baked sourdough loaf to take on the road with us. We'll definitely be back soon.

I am from Seattle and this is one of my favorite spots! Proud to say I am friends with one of the chefs there and also one of the employees. A perfect place, I think! Glad you stopped in.
