Contributor - Nico Alary

Nico Alary is a French photographer who has been traveling Europe, Canada, the United States and now Australia for the past 5 years. Pretty early on his interest drifted towards food photography. Capturing shots of beautiful seasonal products, passionate chefs and food artisans of all sorts, gorgeous dishes and gatherings is something that makes him truly happy as a photographer. When not shooting, Nico is pulling shots in one of Melbourne’s top cafés, learning the trade of being a barista and hoping to one day open is own specialty coffee joint back home in Paris.

For Vol.4, Nico photographed “The Perfect Cup with Jenni Bryant” which is the first of a 3-chapter series on coffee brewing methods. To see more of Nico’s photography, check out his website.
